Refund policy

Domestic Returns (Contiguous US)

We want you to love your piece. If something doesn't feel right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn and in their original packaging. For US returns, we provide a prepaid return label. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund less a $10 restocking fee within 5-7 business days.

Orders placed from Hawaii and Puerto Rico should reference the International Returns section below.

 

International Returns

We accept international returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for returning their items using a carrier of their choice and for all return shipping costs, duties, and fees. Please provide us with your tracking number once you ship your return. We are not responsible for return items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 days.

 

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Upon receipt of your original item, you will be issued a site credit less the $10 restocking fee to be used on our website for your new item.

 

How to Return/Exchange

One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Due to their unique nature, vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale. These items are clearly marked as such on the product page.
