Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping  (Contiguous US)

We ship throughout the United States via UPS. All orders are carefully packaged by hand and ship within 2-3 business days of your order.

We offer standard shipping for $10, complimentary on all orders over $150.

Orders placed from Hawaii and Puerto Rico should reference the International Shipping section below.

International Shipping

We're pleased to offer shipping to Canada, Europe, and the United Kingdom. Shipping rates and service options will be displayed at checkout based on your location.

Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and payable upon arrival. Please note that Deux Amis cannot predict customs charges nor assume responsibility for them. If international packages are refused by the recipient, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

Order Processing

Each piece is made with care, and we package everything thoughtfully for its journey to you. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
